Revital U Review- Caffeine Headache or Great Business?

Today we are doing a Revital U review. The question is this a coffee and caffeine pill that pays the bills or is it a big scam?

Spoiler alert. We have good news and we have bad news to report. Keep reading further to find out.

Revital U Review- The Company

Let’s start with the company information. There is no company that has documented any type of corporate structure. There is nothing on the website itself that is. There are two men, however, with legitimate LinkedIn profiles that are reporting that they are officers of Revital U Brew. The first, Pat Johnston, identifies himself as president and Andrew McWilliams identifies himself as CEO.

McWilliams was the CEO of the now-defunct Momentous Skincare company. The fact that Revital U Brew doesn’t have or rather doesn’t post a real corporate structure on their website gives me pause.

Why you may ask? Well, beyond their social profile they do not document direct participation in the company. As you know social profiles can be changed at any time.

We are seeing this activity more and more and frankly I don’t get it. If you are proud of your participation of a business that you have been instrumental in building and running wouldn’t you think that you would want your name on it. Not doing so to me could be a sign of a future exit strategy.

Revital U Review- The Compensation Plan

Now the good news. The qualification for commissions and rank growth is based on the distributors ability to create and maintain active retail customers.

That means that the company is sales oriented instead of recruitment oriented. The reason that’s good news is that the company is product centered meaning it is not a Ponzi operation.

Retail sales generated corporate profit means the longevity of the company is more likely because their revenue is generated outside of just recruitment.

Here is how the compensation plan is broken down. First we start with the ranks

  • Brand Influencer – Sign up as a Revital U affiliate

 

  • Qualified Brand Influencer – generate and maintain two active retail customers and at least $99 PV a month.

 

  • Executive Brand Influencer – Generate and maintain at least four active retail customers, sponsor and maintain at least two Qualified Brand Influencers and generate at least $198 PV a month.

 

  • Senior Brand Influencer – Generate and maintain at least ten active retail customers, sponsor and maintain at least three Executive Brand Influencers, have a total of fifty active group retail customers and generate at least $399 PV a month

 

  • Regional Brand Influencer – Generate at least ten active retail customers, have a total of one thousand active group retail customers (250 min from three sponsorship legs) and maintain at least $399 PV a month.

 

  • National Brand Influencer – Generate at least ten active retail customers, have two directly or indirectly sponsored Executive Brand Influencers and two Regional Brand Influencers in four unilevel legs (one in each leg), have a total of five thousand active group retail customers and maintain at least $399 PV a month.

 

  • Global Brand Influencer – Generate at least ten active retail customers, have four directly or indirectly sponsored Regional Brand Influencers in four unilevel legs (one in each leg), have a total of fifteen thousand active group retail customers and maintain at least $399 PV a month.

 

  • Platinum Brand Influencer – Generate at least ten active retail customers, sponsor and maintain at least six affiliates (any rank), have a total of fifty thousand active group retail customers and maintain at least $399 PV a month.

 

Now Let’s Look at the Retail Commissions: as I said above the company is sales focused so the percentage of commissions you can earn will depend on how many active retail customers you have:

  • 2 to 9 retail customers = 5% retail commission rate

 

  • 10-14 retail customers = 10% retail commission rate

 

  • 15-24 retail customers = 15% retail commission rate

 

  • 25 or more retail customers = 25% retail commission rate

A retail customer must order one product per month…

They also have a New Customer Bonus Program:

Which is a retail bonus that rewards you for generating retail sales:

  • Generate 5 retail customers = $50 bonus

 

  • Generate 10 retail customers = $100 bonus

 

  • Generate 15 retail customers = $200 bonus

 

  • Generate 25 or more retail customers = $500 bonus

To meet those bonuses, they must be done in your first 30 days

The next bonus is based on your rank and it is a Residual Commission Bonus:

Brand influencer:

  • 2 to 9 active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg

 

  • 10 to 14 active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume

 

  • 15 to 24 active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first and second generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume

 

25 or more active retail customers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first, second, th

Executive Brand Influencer:

  • Executive and Senior Brand Influencers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume

 

  • Regional Brand Influencer = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first, second and third generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume

 

  • National and Global Brand Influencers = 2% residual commission up until an affiliate of the same or higher rank is found in each unilevel team leg and then 1% on a first generation same or higher ranked affiliate’s volume

 

  • Platinum Brand Influencer = 2% residual commission up until another Platinum Brand Influencer ranked affiliate is found in each unilevel team leg

In addition to the Residual Commission Bonus there is an additional bonus that is based on rank which they call the Vital U Rank Bonus:

  • Qualify as an Executive Brand Influencer within thirty days of signing up = $250 bonus

 

  • Qualify as a Senior Brand Influencer within sixty days of signing up = $500 bonus

 

  • Qualify as a Regional Brand Influencer within ninety days of signing up = $1000 bonus

 

  • Qualify as a National Brand Influencer (no limit) = $5000

 

  • Qualify as a Global Brand Influencer (no limit) = $10,000

 

  • Qualify as a Platinum Brand Influencer (no limit) = $50,000

The cost to join Revital U Brew is $49.99 which is also the cost of their flagship product, Revital Brew Smart Coffee. Now the coffee is supposed to have “A collection of scientifically supported nutrients and ingredients combined to effortlessly fit into your healthy lifestyle.” So it is coffee plus.

The next product they have is basically the same thing but instead of drinking it you take it in pill form. The company has branded this product “Smart Caps”. A thirty day supply of smart caps is$49.99

They now have an additional Revital U Brew but this product is for the chocolate lovers which they are calling “Smart Cocoa”.  A tub of smart cocoa also retails for $49.99.

 

Revital U Review- The Bottom Line

Based on what I’ve researched on this company, it does not appear that the company is a scam. Unfortunately,there are some scam behaviors from their leadership. Perhaps that is because they do not want to have any legal entanglements should the company fail.

The ultimate success or failure of the company will be based on the efficacy of the product itself. Will people lose weight? Will they feel better and look better after consuming this product?

Will people get enough benefit from the product to keep on buying it. This is a $49.99 a month tub of coffee after all.  My personal belief is if you are interested in this business then try it before you sell it.

If you find that you lose weight and feel good doing it then go for it.

  1. The company is an absolute ballache. I’m a brand influencer now and have been for nearly the 60 days to get the fast track bonus. First the main product is out of date, and then no samples left to send out . (Even the first day or twos still unshipped. Customer support is a joke. How can I ever earn my fast start bonus when the sample first company dont have enough product or the samples to ‘sample forst’. £100 down the drain as any potential customers now not interested after waiting so long for nothing to arrive. The one customer I had isnt enough to even earn commission, just making the CEO richer and richer.
